LPN - Part Time
2nd Shift 3:00pm- 11:00pm
Mon-Fri, Weekends as needed
LPN Qualifications:
- Must have and maintain a current license to practice nursing
- Must have current CPR and First Aid Certification
- Must be able to perform job-relevant duties, including standing for extended periods, bending, stooping, and lifting/moving a minimum of 50 pounds
LPN Job Duties:
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living as defined in the resident care plan
- Medication supervision, correctly documenting each medication given and ensuring that medications are ordered and received
- Communicates with staff and family after any incident as well as completes the incident report accurately and timely
- Diabetic Care, Routine Injections, and Oxygen Management
- Other Duties as assigned
