Complete Care at Jefferson Meadows is looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician / Assistant to join our team. If you enjoy fixing things, solving problems, and working with your hands, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a positive attitude.
$20–$25/hour (based on experience)
Monday–Friday, 1st shift schedule

Perform general building maintenance and repairs
Assist with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC-related tasks
Complete preventative maintenance and assigned work orders

Willingness to learn and take initiative
Basic mechanical or hands-on skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable using a computer to manage work orders
Previous maintenance or long-term care experience is a plus, but not required
