Our state of the art childcare facility has an exciting leadership opportunity for an energetic, organized and inspiring professional to join us as our Center Director. This position allows you to lead a team of qualified teachers, working alongside an Assistant Director in providing the best learning and development experience for children and their families. You’ll have the opportunity to combine your early childhood education experience with business management skills to influence the operations of the Center. Job Responsibilities: Effectively operates and manages all aspects of a childcare facility, to include enrollment building, family retention, human resources, marketing and quality assurance. Trains and develops the teaching staff to provide creative, age-appropriate programs to all children served at the academy. Actively develops and maintains positive customer/community relations. Maintains high-capacity occupancy and manages all resources effectively and within budget. Establishes strong working relationships with state licensing authorities.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree is and at least two years of ECE admininstration experience.

Our preschool provides educational childcare for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years. We believe that nurturing a lifelong love of learning is an asset that children can carry from our ECE school into their homes and communities.
