Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and food safety.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and swiftly.
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards through bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols.
- Assist with food handling duties including stocking supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring proper food storage practices.
- Support the team in quick service operations by managing multiple tasks such as cashiering, food prep, and customer engagement seamlessly.
- Uphold sanitation regulations and safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and grocery store transactions.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and ability to communicate clearly.
- Knowledge of food safety management, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
- Experience in culinary tasks or kitchen work is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: $9.50 - $13.00 per hour
