Competitive Base Salary + Bonus eligibility (paid every four weeks)
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service during all shifts
- Lead and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and development initiatives
- Manage food preparation processes, ensuring quality standards and consistency are met
- Supervise kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver excellent customer service
- Handle cash management, POS transactions, and inventory control
- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Assist in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding new team members to build a strong workforce
- Monitor restaurant performance metrics to achieve sales goals and optimize operational efficiency
- Support shift management duties by coordinating staff schedules and ensuring adequate coverage
Requirements
- Great attitude!
- Proven experience in restaurant management or assistant manager roles within quick service or casual dining environments
- Strong knowledge of food handling, food safety protocols, and kitchen management practices
- Hands-on experience with POS systems and cash handling
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Ability to manage inventory control, budgeting, and food production processes effectively
- Skilled in staff training & development, team management, and performance evaluation
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
