Join Behavior Bloom, a mission-driven ABA therapy agency committed to delivering ethical, individualized care. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide School Based ABA services or a client diagnosed with Autism.
This position is approximately 32 hours per week.
Important Notice:
This position requires an RBT who is willing to wait during the Sunshine Health exception request approval process, which may take up to approximately 1 month before services can begin. We kindly ask that only applicants who are comfortable with this timeline apply.
At Behavior Bloom, we focus on client dignity, family partnership, and measurable outcomes, with services provided under the supervision of experienced BCBAs.

Schedule 32 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising BCBA
- Assist clients in developing social, communication, and daily living skills
- Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Support behavior management strategies during sessions
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to reinforce interventions
- Attend trainings and team meetings as required
Requirements
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- English speaking and writing required
- Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism
- Strong data collection and documentation skills
- Understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor
- Bilingual is a plus
