Manufacturing Manager Details:

Direct Hire position
-
$70,000.00 to $85,000.00 /annually
-
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:30am to 04:00pm)

Lead daily manufacturing operations, production scheduling, and workforce planning to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.

Supervise and support Shift Supervisors while ensuring effective communication and coordination across all shifts.

Monitor production metrics, including runtime, downtime, scrap, and inventory levels, and implement corrective actions to improve performance.

Partner with maintenance and tooling teams to coordinate equipment availability, repairs, preventative maintenance, and production readiness.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify opportunities to increase efficiency, quality, and productivity.
Manufacturing Manager Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.

Minimum of 2 years of leadership or management experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.

Proven ability to lead teams, prioritize workloads, and drive productivity, quality, and safety initiatives.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills with experience using production metrics and performance data to improve operations.

Forklift experience and a valid driver's license preferred; must be able to work overtime, including weekends, as business needs require.
