The Position: Registered Nurse - Assisted Living Facility
Schedule : 4 days a week, weekend rotation: 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
The Assisted Living Facility Nursing Case Manager is a Registered Professional Nurse who administers skilled nursing care to patients requiring professional nursing service in an assisted living facility.

What we are looking for:
- NYS RN license
- Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent Clinical skills
- Superior communication skills
- Basic knowledge of office applications and equipment (Outlook, Word, Printing and scanning applications)
