Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dependable Transport Driver to join our team! We transport people with a disability to work and back to their homes safely. In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely operating our vehicles, and ensuring each transport is done on time, safely and documented. Your enthusiasm for driving and excellent customer service skills will ensure a positive experience for all clients. Responsibilities
- Safely operate our vehicles
- Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety, including checking fluid levels, brakes, lights, and tires.
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting vehicles, providing excellent customer service and ensuring comfort.
- Follow designated routes and schedules accurately while adapting to traffic conditions and unforeseen delays.
- Perform light maintenance tasks such as refueling, cleaning the vehicle interior/exterior, and reporting mechanical issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with passengers, and team members to coordinate timely pickups.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license (No CDL needed)
- Good driving record
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with passengers and team members.
- Knowledge of traffic laws, safety and regulations.
- Ability to assist the client in and out of vehicle if needed.
