Now Hiring: Part-Time Server
The server position at The Royal Tea Room is a customer facing position, serving our guests and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires that guests are treated with warmth, attentive care, and hospitality. We’re looking for someone who is friendly, fun, punctual, and has a strong work ethic. A positive attitude and neat appearance are a must.
- Servers are expected to learn the menu and confidently speak about it with guests.
- Servers are expected to help with manual dish cleaning and bathroom cleaning.
- Saturday and Sunday availability is required.
Required: You will be required to obtain an Illinois Food Handling Card within 30 days of hire. This class can be taken online and will be your own expense (approx. $7).
Hours: Hours are strictly based on the volume of guests and hours may change at any time. Hours are not guaranteed.
Available working hours:
- Saturday & Sunday: 11am - (approx.) 4pm
- Other: Special event hours as needed
Wage: $9.00/hr.+ tips
