Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Community Manager to join our dynamic property management team. Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily community operations, including leasing activities, resident inquiries, and administrative duties.
- Support lease or rental agreement management, ensuring all documentation complies with legal standards and company policies.
- Use property management tools such as Yardi, OneSite, and CMMS to input data accurately and maintain up-to-date records.
- Coordinate property maintenance requests and work closely with vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Promote community engagement through excellent customer service, conflict management, and client communication strategies.
- Help oversee compliance with Fair Housing regulations, and other applicable laws.
- Assist in budgeting processes, rent collection, and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue streams.
- Maintain organized filing systems for legal documents, contracts, and resident files while ensuring confidentiality.
- Support team management efforts by collaborating with staff members to enhance operational efficiency and resident satisfaction.
- Handle data entry tasks related to leasing activities, maintenance logs, and resident communications with precision.
Experience
- Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, or similar platforms is essential.
- Strong understanding of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, and Section 8 housing programs.
- Demonstrated ability to manage conflict effectively while maintaining professional relationships.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with phone etiquette and negotiation abilities.
- Office experience involving data entry, filing, contracts management, and general administrative support is required.
- Knowledge of property maintenance procedures and facilities management practices will be beneficial.

Pay: $35,360.00 - $40,000.00 per year
