Bilingual/Multilingual Call Center Full Time Representative/Field Investigator position at The Pendas Law Firm, P.A.
Role Overview
- Type: Full-time
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Location: Home office in Ocoee, & traveling throughout the Central Florida area
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Respond to emails and text messages
- Conduct in office and field investigations for current and potential clients
Required Qualifications
- Languages: Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (Mandatory) Portuguese (+)
- Mobility: Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel
- Skills: Exceptional written/verbal communication, strong multitasking, ability to prioritize changing deadlines, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of legal or medical office experience
