<Job Overview>
Embark on an exciting journey as a Farm Caretaker, where you will play a vital role in the upkeep of a large property. There are no livestock, however, there are hundreds of acres to maintain. VETERANS are encouraged to apply. Pay is from 12 to 17.00 depending on experience. Up to 40 hours a week, and your own private housing is provided at no charge. - Operate and maintain farm machinery and heavy equipment like tractors, atv's, rtv's, skidsteer.
- Perform routine equipment repairs using hand tools, power tools, alot of chainsaw work and mowing, basic maintenance procedures to ensure machinery functions efficiently
- Must be able to lift/carry and deliver boxes and equipment to the owners animal facility.
- Must be able to communicate daily with the owner for job updates.
- Conduct regular inspections of property for downed trees, trespassers, etc.

- Mechanical maintenance
- Handyman experience
- Able to troubleshoot and repair
- Plumbing and carpentry a plus.
- Able to complete tasks without direct supervision
- Care and compassion for land and animals.

Pay: $12.00 - $25.71 per hour
