You are responsible for handling incoming calls, scheduling service calls to meet customer requirements, and dispatching technicians to jobs. Self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people.
Job Requirements:
Experience in dispatch or a similar position
Experience using Service Titian a plus
Minimum six months office experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Tech-savvy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
Positive and professional attitude
Team player who can work independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
