About the Role
As a Warehouse Logistics and Fabrication Specialist, you will be the backbone of our production floor, ensuring seamless material flow and precision component preparation. By leveraging your expertise in manual machining and equipment operation, you will directly impact our ability to meet ambitious manufacturing deadlines while maintaining a high standard of operational safety.
Responsibilities-
Support production fabricators by staging and preparing essential materials to ensure continuous workflow.

Operate heavy machinery including press brakes, punch presses, and overhead cranes to facilitate efficient production.

Utilize manual plasma cutters, grinders, and band saws to achieve precise material shaping and cutting.

Perform proactive equipment diagnostics and routine maintenance to maximize machine uptime.

Interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings to ensure all material handling meets exact specifications.

Apply shop math to verify dimensions and ensure material accuracy throughout the fabrication process.

Safely navigate the facility using forklifts to organize and transport heavy components.

Foster a culture of safety and efficiency by collaborating closely with the broader production team.
Qualifications-
High School diploma or GED.

Proven background in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.

Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical schematics.

Ability to perform heavy lifting and meet physical demands of the shop floor.

Active forklift certification or extensive operating experience.

Advanced troubleshooting skills for industrial machinery.

Hands-on experience with gear machinery and manual machining tools.
