Our team services thousands of customers per year with a variety of services (industrial cleaning, kitchen exhaust cleaning, air duct cleaning and more). This role requires you to be a strong communicator, energetic, detail orientated, and have prospecting and candidate screening skills.
Pay: $65,000 - $75,000 Annual Salary

- Monday to Friday (8:00 am – 4:30 pm)

Qualifications
- Recruiting Experience: 3 years (Required)
- US work authorization (Required)
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Communication (Preferred)
- Bilingual (Strongly Preferred)
Duties
- Job posting using various sourcing tools.
- Daily recruiting via Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Applicant tracking and ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines, schedules, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Conduct initial phone screens followed by in-person interviews.
- Build relationships with job placement agencies and attend career fairs.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
The Head of Talent Acquisition will partner with the current leadership team: Salespeople, Branch Manager, VP of Special Projects, HR, and President to provide a high-performance culture that emphasizes, alignment and engagement.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
