Duties
- Respond promptly to water damage, fire restoration, mold remediation.
- Use hand tools and power tools to remove damaged materials and perform structural repairs.
- Operate equipment such as moisture meters, air movers, dehumidifiers, and other restoration tools to dry affected areas efficiently.
- Perform cleaning tasks including carpet cleaning, surface cleaning, and debris removal to prepare spaces for restoration.
- Follow safety protocols and industry standards to ensure a safe working environment at all times.
- Document job progress through detailed reports and communicate effectively with team members and clients throughout each project.
Requirements
- Prior experience in the restoration industry or related fields such as construction or cleaning is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of water damage restoration processes, fire restoration techniques, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement is a plus.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in confined or challenging environments.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward safety procedures.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is often required for travel between job sites.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
