Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming HVAC service calls
- Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently
- Maintain communication between customers, technicians, and office staff
- Support daily operations to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Friendly, helpful attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid NC driver’s license
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Preferred: HVAC or plumbing coordination experience and ServiceTitan experience
