Team Members at Nona are the heart of our daily operations, providing exceptional service and crafting high-quality menu items in a fast-paced restaurant and retail environment.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the quality of our smoothie, acai bowl, and coffee offerings while fostering a welcoming, positive atmosphere for our guests and team.
Hiring Team Members at our Oconomowoc, Delafield, Pewaukee, and Elm Grove locations.
Starting pay is $11/hr, plus a tip share that averages $4–7/hr, so you can expect to make at least $15/hr.
Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality cafe offerings, including handcrafted coffee, smoothies, and acai bowls.
- Serve customers in a friendly, welcoming manner and assist guests with their purchases.
- Maintain cleanliness, handle dishwashing, and keep work areas organized throughout the shift.
- Work effectively and collaboratively with teammates to complete daily task lists.
Skills & Qualifications
- A strong desire to work in a service-oriented environment with excellent communication skills.
- A team-player attitude with a commitment to working collaboratively.
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency and multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to stay calm, cool, and collected under pressure.
- A passion for health and wellness (experience in food service or coffee shops is a plus!).
