**Pavement Marking Specialist**
Our growing striping company in Ramsey, Minnesota is hiring a motivated technician to join our crew. This position starts as a Marking Technician and will be moved into a Crew Lead role as you gain experience and prove yourself.
**What we need:**
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid DOT medical card
- Striping or pavement marking experience (a must)
- Experience laying out parking lots (big plus)
- Reliable, hardworking attitude and willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be able to lift 100 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
**What we offer:**
- $22–$28 per hour DOE on regular jobs, up to $72 per hour on prevailing wage projects
