Customer Service Representative
Location: Oahu, Hawaii | Type: Full-Time | Schedule: Mon-Sat
COMPENSATION: $17 - $35/hour

What You'll Do
- Answer calls within 3 rings with a professional, upbeat attitude
- Respond to all inquiries (phone, text, email, online) quickly
- Manage leads and customer relationships in Go High Level CRM
- Schedule jobs and estimates in Workiz with accurate details
- Make confirmation calls the day before appointments
- Follow up with customers and request reviews
- Convert cancellation requests into reschedules

Requirements
- Excellent phone presence with clear, upbeat voice
- Strong typing and data entry skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented—accuracy is critical
- Patient and empathetic with customers
- Comfortable with CRM and scheduling software
Preferred
- Previous customer service or call center experience
- Experience with Workiz or Go High Level
- Sales background or comfort overcoming objections
- Knowledge of Oahu geography
