We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools.
- Conduct appliance repairs and installations, including HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and kitchen equipment such as ovens, dishwashers, and other appliances.
- Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment as needed for maintenance tasks.
- Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to diagnose complex system problems accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance activities, and inspections in compliance with company procedures.
- Support leadership by mentoring junior technicians and assisting with special projects related to construction or system upgrades.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or Maintenance Technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, and mechanical systems repair.
- Demonstrated ability to read schematics and technical manuals effectively.
- Mechanical knowledge encompassing HVAC system repair, air conditioning units, kitchen equipment maintenance, and general equipment repair.
- Experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices across diverse mechanical systems.
- Construction experience or familiarity with building infrastructure is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients.
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
