Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and materials handling.
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates, providing clear direction and support to ensure productivity and safety.
- Oversee inventory control processes using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Coordinate warehouse distribution efforts, ensuring timely order fulfillment and efficient logistics operations.
- Implement process improvements to optimize workflow, reduce errors, and enhance overall warehouse performance.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols during all warehouse operations.
- Manage forklift operations and other mechanical equipment safely for heavy lifting and materials handling tasks.
- Collaborate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) for seamless shipping & receiving processes in an e-commerce environment.
Skills
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision with strong team management skills.
- Extensive knowledge of inventory management, warehouse distribution, and logistics processes.
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), AS400, and other warehouse management tools.
- Mechanical knowledge related to forklifts and heavy equipment operation; forklift certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards and materials handling best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and process improvement initiatives.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during daily operations.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
