Duties
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process for new sales staff.
- Develop training programs to enhance team performance and ensure all staff are well-equipped with product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Utilize organizational skills to maintain efficient inventory management, pricing strategies, and merchandising standards.
- Analyze retail math to assess sales performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions regarding pricing and promotions.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, motivation, and professional growth among team members.
- Communicate effectively with multilingual customers to provide exceptional service and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with upper management on strategic planning initiatives to enhance overall store performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably within a grocery store setting.
