Duties
- Patrol & Surveillance: Conduct regular foot or mobile patrols of the interior and exterior premises (including parking structures, entry points, and restricted zones).
- Access Control: Monitor building entrances, verify employee and visitor credentials, manage visitor sign-in logs, and prevent unauthorized entry.
- Incident Response: Investigate alarms, disturbances, or suspicious behavior. Act as a first responder during onsite emergencies (fires, medical crises, or property damage) and coordinate directly with local law enforcement or emergency services.
- De-escalation & Customer Service: Assist visitors with directions and facility inquiries while professionally de-escalating conflicts or verbal disputes using calm communication techniques.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate daily logs of activities and draft detailed, professional incident reports when security breaches or accidents occur
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
