What are my responsibilities?
- Supervise a 3 person team of cleaners
- Assist your team with cleaning customer's homes
- Reinforce established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Inspect each home at the end of a clean to ensure top quality
- Help team members develop their skills to produce top quality
- Contribute to high team morale
- Be the face of the company in the field and communicate with customers to maintain good customer relationships
- Assist with recruiting and interviewing cleaner candidates
- Train and onboard new team members
- Assist in management of supply inventory and maintenance of company vehicles
- Must be pet friendly, reliable, willing to work hard and team oriented!

What is required of you?
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Able to communicate effectively and positively motivate team members
- Must be physically able to move at a fast pace: up and down stairs, bending and lifting
- Excellent time management and people management skills
- Ability to problem solve on the fly and take initiative
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping management or hotel cleaning is a plus
- Ability to fluently speak both English and Spanish is highly preferred
- A drivers license is preferred
