Live Angeles is looking for a dependable, motivated, and experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our growing team.
We're seeking someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and is committed to providing outstanding service to our residents. As our portfolio continues to expand throughout Los Angeles, we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us and become a valued member of our team.
Responsibilities
- Complete resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Perform apartment turns and unit preparation
- Complete general repairs and preventative maintenance
- Repair drywall, paint, and perform basic carpentry
- Install and repair appliances as needed
- Maintain the overall appearance and functionality of our communities
- Work with vendors when necessary
- Provide excellent customer service to residents
- Perform additional maintenance duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous apartment maintenance experience required
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- EPA Certification is a plus, but not required
Schedule
3 days per week, with the opportunity for additional hours and long-term growth as our company continues to expand.
Compensation
Competitive hourly pay based on experience, with opportunities for advancement.
