The dishwasher is responsible for cleaning and putting away all dishes in the restaurant. In addition, the dishwasher is responsible for packing orders to go between keeping up with the dishes.
Responsibilities:
· Keeping the dish area organized.
· Assisting the kitchen in keeping the line and prep areas organized and clean.
· Operate dishwasher.
· Empty and clean trash bins.
· Clean dish storage areas.
· Cleaning heavier soiled dishes such as pots and saucepans.
· Mopping
· Packing to-go orders for takeout
