We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This position is essential to ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment and excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately based on order sheets or handheld scanners
- Prepare shipments, including labeling and staging packages for delivery
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory
- Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product condition
- Maintain inventory records and assist with cycle counts as needed
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer skills or experience with warehouse systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Pay: $22.40 - $27.00 per hour
