Position Overview
We’re looking for a high-energy, reliable Pre-Sale Event Associate to support our studio team during community events, pop-ups, and pre-sale activations. This role is hands-on and client-facing—you’ll be responsible for representing the SWTHZ brand, engaging with potential members, and helping execute seamless, high-quality events.
What You’ll Do
- Represent the SWTHZ brand with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm
- Educate prospective members on the benefits of contrast therapy (infrared sauna + cold plunge)
- Actively engage with guests, answer questions, and drive interest in memberships
- Assist with event setup and breakdown (tents, tables, equipment, signage, etc.)
- Support the Studio Manager in executing pre-sale strategies and events
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting event space
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a strong first impression of the brand
- Texting & calling prospective leads to educate them on contrast therapy and our offering

- High-energy, positive attitude, and team-first mindset
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and comfortable with physical, hands-on work
- Willingness to work outdoors and in event environments
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Interest in health, wellness, or fitness is a plus
