Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 per year
Job Summary:
- 10+ years of experience in Retail IT, with at least 3+ years in leading POS and other applications used by stores.
- Hands-on experience with modern POS platforms (Predict Spring preferred, NewStore, Shopify POS, or similar).
- Strong understanding of payment systems and store peripherals.
- Solid knowledge of store operations processes: checkout, returns, omnichannel pickup/ship, pricing, and promotions.
- Experience in APIs, integrations, log analysis, and basic SQL.
- Familiarity with device management tools (MDM/EMM), kiosk systems, or mobile POS deployment.
- Exposure to any cloud environment, preferably AWS.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Lead and mentor a team of 10+ support analysts, including an offshore/onshore support model.
- Manage incident resolution with focus on RCA and long-term fixes.
- Ability to handle on-call responsibilities and support major store events.
