Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team at a multifamily residential property in Richton Park, IL. This is a hands-on, full-time role where no two days are the same. If you take pride in your craft and enjoy keeping a property running at its best, we'd love to hear from you.
We offer $25.00 per hour, health insurance contributions, and a stable full-time schedule.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Handle general maintenance requests and repairs
- Perform unit turns to prepare apartments for incoming tenants
- Drywall repair and finishing
- Flooring installation and repair
- Roofing inspection and repair
- Interior and exterior painting
- Assist with deliveries and property-related logistics
- Additional duties as needed to support property operations
Experience
- Prior maintenance experience required
- Working knowledge of drywall, flooring, roofing, and painting
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Must be comfortable working on-site in a residential environment
