A busy kitchen is seeking a dependable and hardworking Cook to join the team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying busy, preparing quality food, and helping keep kitchen operations running smoothly.
We're looking for a team player who takes pride in their work and can assist with food preparation while maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen.
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM–7:30 PM & Sunday, 2:00 PM–7:30 PM
Start Date: Immediate
What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with food prep, portioning, and ingredient preparation
- Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen areas
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment as needed
- Restock ingredients and kitchen supplies
- Support the kitchen team during busy meal periods
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Assist with general kitchen cleaning and closing duties
What We're Looking For
- Previous cook, prep cook, or food service experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong work ethic and willingness to help wherever needed
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation is a plus
- Positive attitude and commitment to quality
