Brief Job Description:
This position consists of 60 minute, one-on-one sessions with patients, often seen on a weekly basis. This position is 100% remote. All intake and billing responsibilities are completed by the company and are not your responsibility. The majority of patients we receive are 18+ years old, seeking assistance with weight management, cardiovascular risk factors, and/or are diabetic. To a lesser degree, we additionally have patients with GI disorders, allergies, eating disorders, mild/moderate CKD, and/or seeking sports nutrition.
About Us:
Next Step Nutrition Counseling is a rapidly growing dietetics practice that is seeking dietitians who have mastered presenting medical nutrition therapy in terms the patient can understand. We have a high focus on educational flexibility to meet the patient's level of understanding and learning style to mitigate their condition. We additionally seek individuals who are comfortable providing or tailoring recipes, are knowledgeable with specific food substitutions/brands, and have a love for food, not simply for restriction.
To accomplish this, we exclusively provide one-on-one counseling sessions in this 100% remote position. Our team manages the intake process and billing process, so you can focus on what matters: making a lasting change in the patients we see.
