Member Duties : You’ll help Habitat for Humanity of Central Wisconsin to sustainably increase their capacity to build and repair homes by turning their strategic plan into action: recruiting volunteers, conducting community outreach, and raising funds to support the organization’s growth. Objectives include: 1) Develop a VOLUNTEER RECRUITMENT & MANAGEMENT PLAN in order to the meet the organization’s needs. 2) Develop a FUNDRAISING PLAN to increase the organization’s capacity to build and repair more homes. 3) Develop an OUTREACH & COMMUNICATIONS PLAN to boost awareness and support for Habitat for Humanity in Portage County. BENEFITS include an extra $200/month housing stipend, hybrid schedule, and 30-hour work week. **Interviews are done on a rolling basis.
