4+ years of A/V experience or a strong background in IT
Excellent customer service skills with customer facing experience
Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
Solid computer software skills including MS Office applications and CAD
Self-motivated and committed to delivering high-quality projects on time and on budget
The ability to work effectively as a team member
The drive to remain current on technology and trends
A valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Preferred, but not required
Professional certifications, such as CTS, CTS-I, CTS-D
Strong video, audio control systems, IT and/or networking experience is a plus
A bachelor’s degree in engineering or electronics
