Position: Production Coordinator needed for a construction company.
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8:00AM-5:00PM
Duties:
1. Communicating/coordinating with sales reps, subcontractors, & customers.
2. Collecting payment.
3. Data entry.
4. Close and open customer files.
5. Oversee and manage projects to make sure subs are completing in a timely manner.
6. Order materials.
Requirements:
1. Must have 1+ year experience with production in construction or home improvement.
2. Bilingual in Hebrew is a big plus!
3. Must be organized and very detail oriented.
4. Computer savvy.
5. High communication skills.
6. Proficient with Microsoft Office.
7. Familiar with construction CRM.
Compensation: $6,000-$7,000 per month plus bonuses. After 6 months, will be raised to $7,500 per month.
Pay: $6,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
