We're looking for a Licensed Therapist who wants more than a traditional outpatient role. This position blends direct therapy with hands-on collaboration across home-and community-based services (HCBS), substance use programs (SUD), and behavioral health intervention services (BHIS) by supporting individuals with complex, whole-person behavioral health needs.If you're someone who enjoys problem-solving, team collaboration, and seeing change happen in everyday life – not just in sessions - then this role offers a unique opportunity to grow and lead.
What You'll Do-
Provide individual and family therapy, including assessment, diagnosis, and development of clinically appropriate, billable treatment plans.

Support individuals with complex behavioral health needs, including mental health and substance use, across programs by collaborating with their interdisciplinary teams to develop and guide practical, trauma-informed behavioral strategies (including behavioral plans) that staff can implement in real time.

Monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches to support meaningful outcomes.

Serve as a clinical resource to staff, offering consultation, education, and support around mental health, substance use, crisis response, and skill-building approaches.

Contribute to a culture of person-centered, recovery-oriented care.

Requirements-
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.

Active Iowa Licensure (LISW)
