Blossom Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to join our compassionate and dedicated team. We provide short-term care, long-term care, palliative care, and respite care, all in a welcoming environment supported by skilled healthcare professionals.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assess, plan, direct, and evaluate total nursing care based on residents’/patients’ age-related physical, psychosocial, and cultural needs.
- Follow established standards, policies, procedures, and individual care plans to ensure quality and compliance.
- Respond promptly and professionally to emergencies, including performing CPR when required.
- Maintain composure and demonstrate effective performance during peak activity periods and emergency situations.

Qualifications:
- Active LPN License in the State of Georgia
- New LPN Graduates Welcome!
Pay $24.00-$33.50
