Director of Nursing (DON) – Illinois RN
$145,000–$150,000 + Quarterly Bonus

We are seeking an experienced Illinois RN with 4+ years of SNF/LTC leadership experience to lead the clinical team in a well-supported facility alongside a collaborative Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.

We're Looking For:
- Active Illinois RN license
- 4+ years of Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care setting
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, survey readiness, quality measures, and team development
- A communicative, hands-on leader who values collaboration, accountability, and exceptional resident outcomes
