III Forks Steakhouse located on the southside of Jacksonville offers a contemporary take on the classic upscale steakhouse. Our menu features USDA Prime beef, ocean-fresh seafood as well as lighter, local favorites. We are looking for a professional line cook with at least 2 years of experience in fast paced upscale kitchens. We are looking for Cooks with the ability to execute our recipes to our standards consistently as well as being skilled with a knife, multitasking throughout the shift and adhering to our sanitation standards.
