Overview
We are looking for a dishwasher/steward to join our team at downtown's hottest new restaurant, Yuzu Sushi & Bar. Let's face it. This job is hot, wet, messy, and dirty, but we'll take care of you and love and appreciate you forever.

Duties
You will be responsible for ensuring the restaurant property is clean, stocked with appropriate supplies where applicable, and organized; and for ensuring dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to food safety standards. Your work helps uphold our commitment to delivering high-quality dining experiences while maintaining a safe and hygienic workspace.
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools efficiently.
- Follow strict food safety sanitizing procedures to ensure all items meet health regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness of restaurant property including kitchen, dining areas, bars, bathrooms, and storage areas through regular cleaning routines.
- Properly handle and dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with sanitation standards.
- Support bussing duties by clearing tables and transporting used dishware to the dishwashing station.
- Adhere to all kitchen health and safety standards, including manual handling protocols and safe operation of kitchen equipment.
Current Shifts Needed
- Tuesday-Saturday 6:00pm-12:30am
- Sunday (as needed; overtime) 6:00pm - 10:30pm
- Different shifts will become available as business hours expand
