Lakeview Building Services is hiring a dependable part-time commercial cleaner for a long-term account in York, PA.
This is a consistent, year-round position cleaning the same location three days per week.
Schedule:
- Three consistent shifts per week
- Approximately 2–3 hours of cleaning per visit
- Guaranteed 3 hours of pay per scheduled visit
- Days and start times have some flexibility within the facility’s approved schedule
- Additional paid hours may be available for periodic detail and deep-cleaning work
Pay:
$20–$22 per hour, depending on experience and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors
- Clean and disinfect restrooms
- Clean sinks, mirrors, common areas, and kitchen surfaces
- Light dusting and general facility upkeep
- Complete scheduled periodic cleaning tasks
- Follow a written cleaning checklist
- Complete required facility cleaning logs
