Duties
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety protocols
- Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and smooth kitchen operations
- Use knife skills proficiently for chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients as needed
Requirements
- Prior experience in a strong background in food preparation or the food industry is highly valued
- Demonstrated culinary experience with a focus on meal preparation, cooking techniques, and food presentation
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices
- Experience in restaurant or kitchen environments, obviously a must
- Strong knife skills and ability to work quickly
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent teamwork skills, with a positive attitude toward serving guests and supporting colleagues
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
