We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender/Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, following established recipes and standards
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using Toast
- Process cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and retail math calculations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist in beverage recipe development to enhance our menu offerings and cater to guest preferences
- Engage with guests to promote specials, upsell items, and enhance overall customer experience
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service or hospitality industry roles, preferably with fine dining or banquet experience
- Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, and craft beer trends; ability to develop new beverage recipes is a plus
- Familiarity with Toast POS
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple tables efficiently using time management skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling procedures, and alcohol service regulations, RAMP Certification after 30 days of employment
- Experience with beverage presentation techniques and cocktail creation; bartending certifications are advantageous
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: $2.83 - $7.25 per hour
