Operations Support Specialist (OSS) ♦ Greet and assist patients, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment both in person and by phone♦ Facilitate efficient patient intake, registration, and scheduling, optimizing workflow for clinicians♦ Onboard new patients, reviewing paperwork, verifying benefits, and ensuring the completion of necessary forms♦ Support Physical Therapists by preparing treatment areas and setting up equipment for therapy sessions♦ Monitor patient progress, provide feedback, and collaborate with the therapy team to enhance care♦ Assist patients with exercises and ensure adherence to home exercise programs
*Experience in Insurance Benefit Verification a plus
*Pay determined upon experience
