Overview
We are seeking talented and passionate Professional Vocalists to join our dynamic musical ensemble. This exciting role offers the opportunity to perform a diverse repertoire of musical styles, including religious, liturgical, concert, and contemporary music. As a vital part of our team, you will bring energy, artistry, and professionalism to each performance, inspiring audiences and elevating our musical productions. Whether you specialize in vocal performance, play accompanying instruments, or excel in musical improvisation, your talents will contribute to creating memorable and uplifting experiences for our community.
Duties
- Perform a wide range of musical genres, including hymns, liturgical music, and concert pieces with enthusiasm and precision
- Collaborate with fellow musicians and choir members to harmonize melodies and develop cohesive performances
- Read sheet music fluently and adapt to various musical arrangements quickly during rehearsals and Mass
- Participate for each rehearsal and each Sunday Mass
Qualifications
- Proven experience in religious music performance, concert singing, or similar live entertainment settings
- Strong knowledge of musical liturgical traditions and hymn music styles
- Ability to read sheet music fluently and interpret complex musical notation accurately
- Demonstrated ability to harmonize melodies and blend multiple voices seamlessly
- Must possess a music degree or actively working on one in vocal performance from an accredited university
