Appliance Installer/Delivery
We are looking for a responsible Delivery Installer to deliver and install appliances promptly and efficiently to our customers. You will represent our company in a professional manner as the lasting impression of the company on the customers. Pay is dependent on experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and install a wide variety of appliances to different addresses and through different routes
- Follow routes and time schedule
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
- Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints
- Collect payments
- Inform customers about new products and services
- Complete logs and reports
- Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
- Load and unload freight trucks
- Collect items from warehouse and bring to store or customers
Skills
- Proven working experience as an appliance installer
- Lifting of up to 300lbs with assisting hand truck
- Proficiency in using technology to complete delivery paperwork
- Valid professional driver’s license
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good driving record with no traffic violations
- Excellent listening skills for instructions
- High school degree or equivalent
- Must be 21+ years or older
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
