Job Title: Field Insurance Adjuster

Are you an experienced Field Insurance Adjuster ready for your next opportunity? Join our team and put your claims expertise to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. In this role, you'll manage claims from inspection through resolution while working alongside a team of seasoned professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- On-Site Inspections: Conduct field visits to assess property damage, gather necessary documentation, and meet with policyholders or third parties as needed.
- Daily Travel: Travel to various locations to inspect sites, meet with clients, and drive the claims adjustment process forward.
- Claims Expertise: Work closely with the Claims Director to write estimates, analyze claim details, and apply industry best practices.
- Estimate Preparation: Prepare accurate, detailed estimates for property damages using estimating software.
- Collaboration: Partner with the Claims Director and other team members to manage the claims process from start to finish.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Prior property claims adjusting experience preferred; a proven track record handling claims from inspection through resolution.
- Licensing: Public adjuster license required (or ability to obtain one in applicable states).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel daily to various locations as required by the role.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with estimating and claims software (e.g., Xactimate) and general computer systems.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated and accountable, with the ability to manage a caseload independently.
Licensing Requirement
Candidates must obtain a Public Adjuster license in their resident state prior to onboarding for this position.
The licensing process includes FBI fingerprinting and a background check. Certain past misdemeanors, felonies, or other records may prevent the state from issuing a license.
