We’re seeking a Full-Time Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA/CMA) to join our busy, patient-centered healthcare team. If you’re compassionate, organized, and love helping others, we’d love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and prepare patients for exams
- Record medical history and vital signs (weight, blood pressure, pulse, temperature)
- Perform clinical procedures under the supervision of a physician or PA
- Assist providers and nurses during exams and minor procedures
- Perform phlebotomy and give injections as ordered
- Provide patient instructions as directed by providers
- Ensure lab results and records are complete before appointments
- Maintain clean, well-stocked exam rooms and sterilize instruments as needed
- Answer and relay phone messages between patients, staff, and providers
- Support smooth communication between the front office and clinical teams
Qualifications:
- Active Medical Assistant Certification or Registration (Required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical environment
- Prior clinical or outpatient office experience preferred
- Compassionate, professional, and team-oriented attitude
